Welcome! Here you will find an exercise routine designed by Ashley specifically for musicians. There are 3 sets of exercises: one to warm up your muscles before practice, one to reset your muscles after practice, and a weekly routine to keep your muscles strong and balanced. These routines will help prevent overuse injuries, postural pain and other injuries often associated with long hours of practice.
