Ashley's Approach

Ashley Reece-Podgorski, MS, PT, PES can quickly determine which puzzle pieces are “out of place”, design a program to correct those imbalances and then develop a functional performance plan focused on achieving an athlete’s individual goals.  She also educates her clients in understanding the needs of their body and how to independently pursue functional fitness and health.  Her clients are the “healthy ones”, with fewer injuries and the competitive edge in performance.

  1. Full Fitness Evaluation (1 hour) which includes:
    • -Postural Assessment
    • -Range of Motion Assessment
    • -Strength Assessment
    • -Agility Assessment
    • -Power Assessment

2. Program Design and Goal Setting

3. 8 Scheduled Training Sessions (once/week) with 2 Month Re-assessment evaluation

During each session, exercise plan will be modified to progress performance outcome
