Ashley has designed a systematic approach to evaluation and exercise to tailor make the perfect performance program for each individual musician to keep them practicing and performing without injury.
Working with professional musicians over the years and having two in her own home, Ashley Reece-Podgorski, MS, PT, PES is very aware of the physical issues that can arise for all the hours of practice.  She has seen too many musicians forced to end their professional careers due to overuse injuries that just won’t heal.

The Ultimate Performance Systems process for musicians includes the following:

  1. Full Fitness Evaluation (30 minutes) which includes:
    1. -Postural Assessment
    2. -Range of Motion Assessment
    3. -Strength Assessment
    4. –Ergonomic Assessment

2. Program Design and Goal Setting (Included with Full Fitness Evaluation)

3. 4 Scheduled Training Sessions (once/week) OR

4. 8 Scheduled Training Sessions (once/week)with 2 Month Re-assessment evaluation

During each session, exercise plan will be modified to progress performance outcome
