Ashley’s Approach

Based on the information gathered through the assessment process, programs are custom designed in a Peripheral Heart Action Circuit format, using inexpensive equipment typically available in the school’s weight room, and performed on the field or in the gym.  The programs can be structured in 30 or 60 minute blocks between 1 and 3 times per week.

Since the late 1980’s Ashley Reece-Podgorski, MS, PT, PES has been designing functional performance programs for athletic teams ranging from Middle School to Professional levels.  These teams have made radical improvements in their performance level and significantly decreased their injuries in as little as four weeks.
